Using our home PC diet and fitness software tools, you will have the
ability to create personal diet menus composed of many of your favorite
foods while ensuring you continue to consume nutritious, well balanced
meals that will move you toward achieving your weight loss goals.

The Performance Diet measures and documents your daily, weekly and monthly
progress while providing tools to help motivate or re-motivate you to stay
the course.

The Performance Diet is equally flexible and successful, whether you
choose to "do-it-yourself" or it can be used in conjunction with

It even allows you to print out and fax (or email, if your health

For those times when you don't have access to any computer, it
provides an off computer hard copy travel day planner. When you get back

travel planner directly into the software with just a few keystrokes.

For those times when you don't have access to your own personal
computer, the soon to be released version 3.0 using our HealthKeeper
Anywhere feature, will allow you to update your home PC program using many
electronic devices that will connect to and browse the Internet. You can
use a palm top or laptop computer, a Palm Pilot or your work or health
club computer to enter food exercise or progress notes and stay on top of
your program. Whether at work, the office, a health club, a restaurant, or
on vacation, you will always be able to keep your program rolling and up
to date. (Soon after our 3.0 release debuts, you will also be able to use
any cell phone or pager that has a keypad and has net browsing
capabilities.)

The Performance Diet has the latest glycemic information on the many
different or new types of sugars and sugar substitutes. This includes one
of the largest lists of the sugar content in foods available along with
the largest exclusive list of glycemically acceptable and unacceptable
foods in the world.

The Performance Diet can be used successfully without having to purchase
additional food products, special diet meals or other products (other than
what you normally find in most grocery or fitness stores)! Any optional
items we recommend to enhance the program are not necessities to success.
