"I didn't believe it
until it happened...it took patience and persistence, but I really have
changed my body from a fat storer to a fat burner...I lost 24 pounds and
finally feel really tuned."
27 year old female School
Teacher
"Body Tuning isn't
quick or easy compared to the exaggerated claims you see in so many
magazines, but it's honest, effective and best of all, lasting. If you
want to get off the dieting wheel, stop depriving yourself and start
enjoying a healthy and trimmer body! Start tuning your body today. I
wholeheartedly recommend it!"
31 year old female Lab
Technician
"My dietary mistakes
and slips no longer have the morale dashing or diet-quitting effect on me.
With this information I am able, within a few days, to undo any binge and
maintain a steady weight loss in spite of the unpredictability of my
day-to-day lifestyle or my willpower."
28 year old female Hotel
Employee
"Body Tuning is Total
Body Conditioning. It's the most complete, effective and balanced exercise
system to hit America since the original aerobics concept. I personally
lost 27 pounds. over a nine month period and have kept every bit of it off
in spite of eating more now than I ever have."
26 year old male
Construction Worker
"It is the perfect
system for me. I have absolutely no time for exercise, but I love to watch
TV. Now I'm getting healthier and thinner while watching my favorite
programs."
30 year old female
Decorator (Who hadn't exercised in 12 years)
" In my view only a
small percent of physicians understand the concept of "optimal"
fitness. When fitness is mentioned, most of us think of physical fitness,
but our concept of fitness should include mental and psychological fitness
as well. The goal of all of us should be to understand and achieve
"optimal" fitness. The first 56 years of my life, and 32 of
those years as a physician, passed with no inkling on my part of the
importance of, or attempt to achieve "optimal" fitness.
" In my case
"optimal" fitness was achieved only after I realized that there
was such a thing and that it must be first understood and then strived for
if one was to achieve it. In my particular case a three-part program was
necessary. The first part of the program was a conscious effort to think
positively and rejuvenate a tired brain and run down psyche. The second
part of the program was to stop handicapping my tired and abused brain and
body with unnutritious food and drink. I concluded that refined sugars,
junk food and alcohol were detrimental to achieving, optimal"
fitness. Instead, I reasoned that I wanted to be of assistance to my brain
and body by eating well balanced nutritious meals.
"The third part of the
program was to restore cardiovascular and musculoskeletal fitness by
participating in regular, yet pala-table, aerobic style exercise (walking,
swimming, cycling, jogging), plus toning and strengthening exercises. It
was through the Aspen System that I reached these conclusions and for the
first time had a complete program, the results of which could be measured
and recorded. Within six months the following happened. I lost weight,
without effort, and went from 205 lbs. to 168 lbs. (my ideal weight). My
percent body fat fell from 19% to 10% (ideal), my cardiac reserve
increased from 9 mets to 12 mets (a 33% increase). Cardiologists have told
me this is remarkable. My friends say I look and act 20 years younger. Of
greater importance, I feel 20 years younger. My life now has new meaning
and purpose. I don't know yet whether I will live any more years but I am
sure I Will enjoy whatever number of years I do live a hell of a lot more…

"I hate exercise! In
spite of all the wonderful things I know exercise can do for me, I still
hate it! What I like most about the Body Tuning system is it's so
efficient that I can do even less exercise and still get more benefits
than individuals doing 2 to 4 times the amount of exercise I'm
doing."
50 year old Seamstress
"Body Tuning is Body
Magic. Not only does it make good sense when you read it, it really works
when you do it."
19 year old female College
Student
"Dieting and keeping
tract of every calorie I eat has never worked for me. The Body Tuning
"No Diet Diet" is the first program that has worked because it's
the first program that I could mentally accept, deal with and
follow."
44 year old female Retail
Store Owner
"It took Robert 6
months to convince me to give it a try. Now I can't imagine going back to
the traditional way of exercising. Body Tuning is destined to change the
way America exercises for weight loss and weight control."
27 year old Semi
Professional Athlete
"The electronic
support book format of the Performance Diet program in parts two and three
take a little time getting used to. This is because you have to read the
books off the computer screen, and because you only read a small section
before doing either an exercise or actually using what you read. It is not
as difficult as I thought AND the great exercise and motivation
information is worth the extra effort."
K. M.
"It won't always tell
you what you want to hear, but it will always tell you what you need to
know to be successful in a lasting and meaningful way...the only way that
really counts!"
35 year old Housewife
